Jimmie "Jim" Lee Smith

Jimmie "Jim" L. Smith, age 78, passed away on June 14, 2015. He was born on July 28, 1936 to the late Wilson and Martha Smith in Weston, WV. He married Janet F Keith on June 08, 1958 and they shared 57 years until his passing. Jim was a long distance truck driver for Consolidated Freightway for 30 Years until his retirement. Jim's passions were reading, working in the yard and especially spending time with his family. In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by his children Russell (Sherry) Smith, Lana (Allen) Sarac, Mark Smith & (Brenda) and Marsha Vogt & (Jim); his grandchildren Krista, Jordan, Lindsey and Christopher; his great-granddaughter Katrina and 2 brothers Richard (Virginia Sue) Smith and Gary (Lynda) Smith. A Celebration of his life will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at 3pm. Pastor Edward Holland will be officiating.
