Jeremy V. Baltzly

Jeremy V. Baltzly, 48, of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Jeremy was born on August 8, 1973, in Canton, the son of Milton F. and Sandra (Myers) Baltzly III. He attended Lake High School and graduated from Jackson High School in 1991. Jeremy graduated from Kent State University. He was the owner of Collective Skate / Art / Snow, and manager at Jackson Eye Care. Jeremy had many passions. He loved riding his Vespas and attending scooter rallies. Jeremy was passionate about skateboarding and snowboarding his entire life. He was a collector of many things including vinyl records, and Nike SB. He was preceded in death by his father Milton F. Baltzly III. He is survived by his loving wife Dr. Angela Barber whom he shared his life with for 18 years; mother Sandra Baltzly; brothers Milton (Bonnie) Baltzly IV, and Christopher Baltzly; nieces and nephews, Cody, Joe, Juliette, Jake, Colin, Lily, Scarlett, and Dahlia; sister-in-law Mandy Sturm; and best friend Jeremy Morrison. A Celebration of Jeremy’s life will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 – 11 a.m. before the service.
