Jeffrey L. Hummel

Jeffrey L. Hummel, 55, passed away on December 12, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born in Fostoria on June 14, 1961. Jeff loved to ride and talk about motorcycles. He was a dedicated father and friend. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help. Jeff loved to BBQ and entertain for family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Gretchen Hummel; children, Russell (Lori) Hummel, Sr. and Justin (Cassandra) Hummel; step-children, Erika Boerner, Steven Weisse, Jr. and Skylee Weisse; six grandchildren; his mother, Sandra (Keller) Hummel; four brothers, Lenny (Debbie) Hummel, Scott Hummel, Todd (Cheryl) Hummel and Kenny (Sonja) Hummel. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Hummel. Friends may call at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 10:00am in the Paquelet Funeral Home, Fr. Benson Okpara, officiating.
