Jeannette Dornhecker

Jeannette Dornhecker, age 87 of Massillon, passed away at the Inn at University Village on Tuesday, December 31, 2013. She was born in Massillon on October 22, 1926 and was the daughter of the late Zeke and Olga (Indjich) Stankovich. She was a 1944 graduate of Washington High School. In 1979, she retired from Ekco Housewares. She was a member of the former Wesley United Methodist Church. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Vincent Dornhecker and her 4 sisters. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Terry and Sheri Dornhecker and Patt and Shannon Thompson. Also surviving are her 3 grandchildren, Casey Dornhecker, Jacob Dornhecker and Stefanie Workman and one great grandson Logan. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service for the family was held.
