Jean Ann Adkins

Jean A. Adkins passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016. She was born in Canton on May 19, 1947 to the late William and Florence Adkins, and lived most of her life in Massillon. Jean was employed as the Genealogist Specialist at the Massillon Public Library and loved what she did, and helping others learn about their ancestry. She was a true animal lover and parent to many beloved dogs and cats. She will be missed by many. She is survived by her brother David (Helen) Adkins; a niece, two nephews and a host of cousins and friends. A celebration of Jean's life will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 2p.m. The family will receive friends from 12-2p.m. Interment at a future date.
