Jason Matthew Dean, age 44 of Massillon, Ohio passed away on June 13, 2021. Jason was born on October 26, 1976 in Canton, Ohio to James and Nancy (Schaffert) Dean. He graduated from Perry High School in 1995. He worked for many years in the printing field as a prepress system administrator. Jason was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Massillon. Jason was a devoted and loving husband. He loved coaching his sons' Perry Youth Baseball and was a devoted Cheer Dad for his daughters at Perry. He enjoyed playing golf, bowling, and spending time in the pool with his family. He loved traveling to Myrtle Beach and Punta Cana for summer vacations. He was supportive of his children in all of their activities, and always willing to lend a helping hand to his friends. He is preceded in death by his father, twin boys, Jonathan and Joshua Dean, and nephew, Jimmy L. Dean. Jason is survived by his mother, high school sweetheart and wife of 21 years, Jacquelynn (Wagner), twins, Ava and Alexis, and twins, Jackson and Aiden, siblings, Jimmy (Nancy) Dean, Donna (Tim) Holt, and Kelly (Joe) Casey, close friends, Jacy (Michael) Andrews, and Kristi (Dave) McCarthy, as well as multiple nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends and family may come to call on Monday, June 21, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. at Paquelet Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Mary Catholic Church on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 11 a.m. Burial at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the either the Perry Youth Sports Booster Club or the Perry Cheer Booster Club.
