Janis M. Donat

Janis M. Donat, 74, passed away on October 15, 2016. She was born in McVeigh, Kentucky on January 9, 1942 to the late Cloyd and Celestial (Collins) Titus. Janis was a member of Sixteen St. John's Church and was a Girl Scout and a 4-H Leader. Janis was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening and canning. She is survived by her husband, John Donat, whom she married on August 29, 1964; children, Linda (Michael) Klein of North Lawrence and John (Nadine) Donat of West Hills, CA; two grandchildren, Joshua and Kari Klein; and three sisters, Margaret (Harold) Caudill of Lexington, KY, Linda Titus and Sue (John) Yagodich of Pikeville, KY. Friends and family may call at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 6:00pm-8:00pm and from 9:00am-10:00am on Friday, October 21, 2016 with funeral services to follow at 10:00am, Pastor Tom Hough, officiating.
