Jane E. Krisher

Jane E. Krisher, 91, passed from this world into God’s eternal love and grace on May 24, 2022. Jane was born, raised and graduated nursing school in Hamilton, Ohio. She met and married Bob Krisher from Massillon and lived an interesting, adventurous life for 67 years with him, which included living in Mexico, Colombia, and Germany. These opportunities of travelling made them appreciate other cultures while also making life-long friends. In Massillon, friends remember when Jane planned activities for the “Over 50’s” group at St. Joseph’s church, including many bus trips. Her first love though was independent travel in Europe and planning trips for avid travelers. In retirement Jane and Bob were snowbirds, enjoying their winter months at first in Bonita Springs, Florida then in their home in Estero, Florida. She will be deeply missed by her loving daughter Kathy Krisher of Hartville and her sister Mary Roth of Loudenville, Ohio. Jane was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert “Bob” Krisher who passed in 2019 and her loving children Tom who passed in 2013 and Diane who passed in 1974. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gables of Canton, 3660 Greentree Ave. SW , Canton, Ohio 44706 or to Traditions Home Health and Hospice Care, 577 Grant Street, Suite B, Akron, Ohio 44311 for their excellent care and compassion for Jane. A private graveside service will be held at a future date.
