Jan Kathrine (Godagidis) Gentile

Jan K. (Godagidis) Gentile, age 57, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Jan was born to Dorothy (Elliott) and the late Harry Godagidis on May 05, 1957 in Canton. Jan worked in the medical field for the last 15 years and was working at Alliance Imaging at the time of her passing. She loved spending time with her grandchildren who meant the world to her, and was anticipating the birth of her next granddaughter Natalia. Jan will forever be remembered as a very devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Jan leaves to cherish her memory, her children Danielle (Randy Riordan) Gentile and Anthony Gentile; her grandchildren Vann and Kendra Riordan; her mother Dorothy Godagidis; her sisters Sandy Wisenburg and Rosanne (Mark) Storch and her brother Gus Godagidis as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Jan was preceded in death by her father, Harry and her brother Robert Brenner. A Celebration of Jan's life will be held at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home at 11 A.M. on Saturday, August 02, 2014. The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until the time of the service.
