James Russell Lehberger

James Russell Lehberger (84) of Massillon, Ohio passed away July 28, 2022, following an extended illness of multiple myeloma. Born November 11, 1937, to the late George and Myrtle (Smith) Lehberger of New Castle PA, James was a graduate of Timken High School and retired from the Hoover Company after 47 years of service. James was a member of Stark Parks Trailblazers, Dr Roach Outdoor League, the Hoover Company Retiree Group, and a volunteer of the Pro-Football HOF Enshrinement Festival. James is survived by his loving and caring wife of 63 years, Betty (Bollinger); children, Timothy Lehberger, Paul (Sherry) Lehberger, Martha (Tyler) Schrameck, and Mary Daiger; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. James was preceded in death by brothers John and David Lehberger. A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, August 5, 2022, 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or The Wilderness Center are welcome.
