James Lowder

James Lowder, age 77 of East Canton, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Aultman Hospital. He was born in Greenup, KY on February 16, 1937 and was the son of the late Ralph and Esther (Bentley) Lowder. Jim worked at and retired from Republic Steel. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Collin Borell and 7 siblings. He is survived by his wife, Diane S. (Sykes) Lowder, whom he married on September 14, 1957, his children, Kim Stoll, Cheryl (Herb) Renner, Carol (Fred) Helems, Terry (Michael) Barat, Vicki Borell and James R. (Debbie) Lowder. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and his sisters Sylvia Collins, Karnetta Curtis and Eloise Salyers. Funeral services will take place on Friday at 1:00 at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park.
