James "Jim" R. Mick

James "Jim" R. Mick, 66, of Saint Clairsville, passed away on August 13, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 7, 1956 to the late Robert and Nellie (Weese) Mick in Richwood, West Virginia. He was a 1975 graduate of Massillon Washington High School. He married Carmen J Bonner on July 12, 1986 and they shared 36 years together. Jim worked as a Supervisor for Mayflower and most recently worked as a truck driver in the Oil Industry. Jim was family man and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a person who made time to help anyone in need. He will forever be remembered as a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Jim is survived by his loving Wife, Carmen; his son, John David Mick, Daughter, Ashley (Todd) M. Zemba; his grandchildren, Jordan Mick, Braden Mick, Peyton Zemba, Owen Zemba; his great-grandson Rogan Mick; his brothers Ernie Mick, Brother, John Mick, Brother, Roy Mick, Sister, Linda Massie, Sister, Janey Gehring, Sister, Betty Kovatch; his father-in-law Dale Bonner; his faithful canine companion, Toby, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.. In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his mother-in-law Joann Bonner. A Celebration of Jim's life will take place on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at 4p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Rick Kelly will be officiating. The family will recieve friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home from 2p.m. until the time of the service.
