James D. Runyon

James D. Runyon age 58 of Massillon passed away Wednesday April 6, 2011 at Affinity Medical Center. Jim was born August 29, 1952 in Kokomo, IN to Rev. Thomas & Marilyn Runyon. He was a graduate of Bowling Green University. A member of Collinwood Masonic Lodge #582, and Eastern Star, Ann Rutledge Chapter, Jim had a talent for being a major fund raiser, working first for Jerry Lewis MDA, then Chapel Hill Nursing Home, the Red Cross, Berea College and finally at CCH. He is survived by his wife Judy (Hoffner) Runyon of the residence, her two children, Rayann Schulay and Aaron Hoffner; his two sons Jamie & Matthew Runyon, his mother Marilyn Burr, sister Shelly Blick and a brother Thomas Runyon; and four grandchildren. Memorial service will be 3 PM Saturday April 9, 2011 at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon.
