Jack Roy Kauffman

Jack Roy Kauffman, 67, passed away following a battle with Covid - 19. He was born in Canon on February 23, 1953 to Richard and Gertrude (Bole) Kauffman, Sr. Jack was a longtime resident of North Canton until moving to Colorado, where he worked as a grounds keeper at Fitzsimmons Golf Course. He moved back to the Massillon area to be near family in 2015. He was a member of Massillon Eagles, Aerie # 190 and was an avid Browns fan. He is survived by his son, Jake (Rian Marion) Kauffman; sister, Nancy (John) Walsh; a dear friend, Linda Meyers; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard Kauffman, Jr. and Don Kauffman. It was Jack’s wish to be cremated and the family will hold a private gathering at a later time.
