Izola Long

Izola Long, 76, of Massillon, OH passed away Wednesday afternoon at Affinity Medical Center. She was born February 24, 1933 in Hubble, WV the daughter of the late Rev. Thomas Cap and Maude (Brunty) Adkins. She married Larry G. Long on May 20, 1957, and he preceded her in death November 11, 1995. Izola attended the Massillon Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafts, quilting, and sewing for others. Izola is survived by son Gerad (Terri) Long of Massillon. Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. Calling hours will be Sunday from 5-8 P.M. at Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd. NE., Massillon, OH 44646. Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Rev. David Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
