Homer E. Anagnost, 79, of Massillon, died on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Brewster Parke Convalescent Center. He was born on March 4, 1934 in Uniontown, PA and was the son of the late Thomas and Ruth (Sayre) Anagnost. Homer was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving with the U.S. Air Force. He then went on to work in the construction industry. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley in 2008. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Peggy Anagnost, his grandchildren, Michelle Miller, Marcy Smith Fricke and Danny Smith, 8 great grandchildren, his sisters, Mary Fox and Ethel Kloumasis and his brothers, John (Bernice) Anagnost and George Anagnost. Also surviving is his brother-in-law James (Julie) Pritchett. Funeral services will take place on Friday at 1:00 P.M. at the Paquelet Funeral Home with Rev. Harold Blaylock officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00- 1:00 P.M. Paquelet Funeral Home & Crematory 330-833-3222
