Henry T. Baus

Henry T. Baus, 85, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on April 25, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on February 17, 1940, in Massillon, he was the youngest of ten children to Chester and Lauretta Baus.

Henry proudly served in the U.S. Army and dedicated his career as a millwright at World Kitchen (Echo) until retirement. Known for his humor and wit, Henry left a lasting impression on all who knew him with his clever charm and warm spirit.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Charlene (Speicher) Baus; son, Daniel L. Baus; daughter, Dawn L. DelValle (Billy); stepson, Mark Cottrill (Renee); grandson, Dillon T. Cowan (Amanda); great grandchildren, Mason, Emmit, and Raven Cowan; and many nieces and nephews, with special mention of Michael R. Baus for his steadfast support over the years. 

Henry was predeceased by his grandchildren, Daniel T. and Ryan J. Baus; great-granddaughter, Payton Cowan; his step-son Timothy Cottrill; his brothers and sisters; and his parents.

Per Henry's wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services will be held. His humor and warmth will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
