Helen M. Brown

Helen M. Brown, age 89 of Massillon, died Monday, October 30, 2006 at Brewster Parke Convalescent Center. She was born on November 18, 1916 in Massillon and was the daughter of the late Frank H and May (Davis) Brown. She was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of the Newcomers Chapel of Pigeon Run. She had retired from the former Ohio Bell where she had 34 years of service. She was a member of the Ohio Bell Pioneer Club and the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Robert L. Brown and Norman E. Brown, her sister Betty Lou Barnes and her niece Pamela. She is survived by her niece Stephanie Brown-Bryant, nephew Bob (Mary) Brown, nephew Gary Barnes and several great nieces and great nephews. A memorial service will take place on Saturday at 1:00 P.M. at the Paquelet Funeral Home with her pastor, Rev. Kent Joy officiating. Burial will take place at Union Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
