Helen L. (Resh) Joyce

Helen L.. (Resh) Joyce, age 95 of Massillon, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at her home. She was born on June 6, 1912 in Louisville, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Harry A. & Catherine (Kendle) Brady. Helen had worked at Enterprise Aluminum and enjoyed seamstress work. She assisted the Faith Sowers Group in making over 20,000 quilts at Faith Lutheran Church, where she was a member. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Howard Resh and her 2nd husband Thomas Joyce and her sisters, Hazel Nelson and Bonnie Kurtz. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Ray H. & Delores Resh of Massillon, her grandchildren, Rhonda (Jon) Underwood, Robin (Lewis) Klaco and Renee Smith, Her great granddaughter Allison (Seth) Hoover, her great great grandchildren, Jordan Yoder and Andrew Guysick, her brothers, William Brady of Strasburg, OH and Eugene Brady of Dover, OH and her sisters, Wanda Richesson and Florence Stein both of Dover and Dorothy (Jack) Gramse of Canal Fulton. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Rev. Herb Garnes officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before the service on Saturday.
