Helen L. Price

Helen L. Price, 90 of Jackson Township, died on Sunday, May 24, 2009 at AlterCare of Nobles Pond. She was born on June 30, 1918 in Cleveland, Ohio and was the daughter of the late John and Louise (Haenie) Fox. Helen was a 1936 graduate of Canton McKinley High School. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Canton. She was the co-owner of Flowers by Pat for 30 years. She and her friends enjoyed traveling through out the United States and was an avid bingo player. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd P. Price, Sr. and her sister Evelyn Braasch. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Patricia and Charles (Bob) Wilbarger of Massillon, Barbara and Jon Foltz of North Canton, Martha and Gary Starkey of Galena, Ohio, Judith and John Dieterle of Shelby Township, MI and Lloyd (Butch), Jr. and Juliene Price of Bolivar, Ohio, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and her special friend Jack Otto Weimer. A service to celebrate the life of Helen L. Price will take place on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Rev. Clifford Price of River Tree Christian Church officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. and on Wednesday one hour before the service.
