Helen "Baba" Rogich

Helen "Baba" Rogich, 93 of Massillon, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born on January 30, 1921 in Duquesne, PA and was the daughter of the late Martha Komazec. She lived most of her life in Yugoslavia, before moving to Massillon in 1949. Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Rogich, one brother and two sisters. Helen and Joe owned and operated the Wonder Bar in Massillon for many years. She was a member of St. George Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church. She is survived by her daughters, JoAnn (Jack) Meanor and Margaret "Budgie" Strabley, her grandchildren, Nessa, Tasha, Joe and Michael and her great grandchildren, Riley, Drew and Jared. The family will receive friends on Sunday at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home from 6-9 P.M. with a Pomen service at 7:00 P.M. Funeral services will take place on Monday at 10:00 A.M. at St. George Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church with Rev. Fr. Aleksa Pavichevich officiating. Burial will follow at Massillon Cemetery.
