George J. Bogovich

George J. "Mojo" Bogovich, 85 of Massillon, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Affinity Medical Center following a short illness. He was born in Massillon on July 12, 1927 to the late Mike & Anna Radocaj Bogovich. He served in the US Army Air Corps and had worked at Tyson Bearing for 35 years. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Massillon. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Mojo is survived by his wife, Katherine Perenkovich Bogovich, whom he married on June 21, 1952, two children, Mark Bogovich , Marie (Robert) Ivan, two grandchildren, Trevor and Sarah Ivan , all of Massillon. He was also preceded in death by his three brothers, Stephen, Joseph and Mike Bogovich, four sisters, Mildred Cvetnich, Helen Spehar, Magdalene Tarle and Catherine Rohrer. Friends may call at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Sunday, September 9, 2012 from 3:00PM-5:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Thomas Cebula at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Massillon on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 10:00AM. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
