George Anthony Harrigan

George A.Harrigan, 86, of Massillon, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. George was born on January 18, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio the son of the late William and Doris (Coddington) Harrigan.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard, Frank, Kenneth, and Jim Harrigan.

George graduated from Salem High School in 1956. He served our country in the United States Army. George worked for the Alliance Review and retired after 28 years of service. His passion was his motorcycles. He owned several over his lifetime and rode them all over the country. He was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic.

He is survived by his children, George (Cynthia) M. Harrigan, Miles Harrigan, Sue Harrigan and Deana Couture; numerous grandchildren; and numerous nieces, and nephews.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 10:30 am at the Paquelet Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:30 - 10:30 am before the service.
