Gary L. Baker

Gary L. Baker, age 76, of Massillon passed away on, Sunday, December 15, 2019. He was born on July 22, 1943 to the late Glenn and Irene (Oster) Baker. He was a 1961 graduate of Fairless High School. He married Jackie L. Hale on October 16, 1993 and they shared 26 years together. Gary worked as a barber at Ianni’s and at Hercules Engines as a machine operator. He enjoyed late model and sprint car dirt track racing. He will forever be remembered by family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Jackie; his children Julie (Brian) Krichbaum, Jeffrey (Tammy) Baker, Dawn (John) Doshak and Samantha Keen; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; his mother-in-law Dawn Hale; special niece and nephew; a host of friends and his beloved feline companions, Bert and Ernie.
