Fredrick J. “Rick” Indorf, passed away unexpectedly while vacationing on September 6, 2021. He was born in Massillon on August 16, 1954. He was a mechanic and worked with his dad and brother at RAY’S AMOCO, their family business. Rick was an avid antique collector and picker with his son for many years. Their main focus was on vintage tin signs and oddball advertising. His daily stops usually included “The Car Wash” and Giant Eagle. He was known for his love of a 44oz cold pop, snacks, sense of humor, kind and caring heart, and intelligence. Rick was best known for his love and dedication to his family. Rick is survived by his loving wife, Jackie (Ilg) Indorf, whom he married on September 24, 1983; their children, Jodi(Bob) Sierer, Erik “E” Indorf (fiancé Alyssa Galant) and Amanda “Louie” Indorf; two grandchildren, Landree and Beckhman; mother, Betty (Lonas) Indorf; siblings, Rusty (Lynne) Indorf and Babs (Greg) Dimit; and many nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his father, Raymond Indorf. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 5pm-8pm at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, September 18, 2021 in the Funeral home, Pastor Walter Arrington officiating.
