Frank E. Dewees

Frank E. "Eddie" DeWees, age 60 of North Canton, died on Monday, March 25, 2013 from complications of Huntingtons Disease. He was born on July 6, 1952 in Canton and was the son of the late Frank and Armida (Sartori) DeWees. He was a 1971 graduate of Washington High School and was the top O.W.E. student of the year. He worked for the N&S Railroad for over 20 years. He then went on to own and operate Frank's Painting & Maintenance Company. He was a member of the North Canton V.F.W. Frank is survived by his wife of almost 41 years, Vickie S. (Young) DeWees, whom he married on April 8, 1972, his daughter, Jennifer S. DeWees and her fiancé Brian R. Ramsey, his son Timothy A. DeWees and his wife Kristina and his grandchildren, Kaylin M. DeWees, James T. DeWees and Jarren Frank DeWees. Also surviving are his sisters, Marie (Robert) Baker, Anita (Jeff) Skeeles and Diane Simon and his brother John (Beth) DeWees. Funeral services will take place on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery.
