Frank A. Janowicz, age 88, of Perry Twp., passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. He was born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania on November 17, 1933 to the late Francis and Bertha (Malinowski) Janowicz. He married Margaret “Peg” Shaulis on December 22, 1959 and were married for 62 years. Frank repaired Sewing Machines and was highly sought after for his knowledge and expertise. He was an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. Frank will be remembered as a loving, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Peg; his children Francis (Amy) Janowicz, Greg (Karen) Janowicz, Kim Jones and Glenn (Joyce) Janowicz; his grandchildren, Chris Janowicz, Nick Janowicz, Lissa Janowicz, Brock Janowicz, Frankie Janowicz, Lou Janowicz, Abbey Jones and Anthony Jones; his sister Eileen Sytulek and a host of family and friends. Along with his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his son-in-law Brian Jones. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church on Monday, March 21, 2022 at 11a.m. Father Tom Bishop will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30a.m. until the time of the service. Entombment will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
