Frank A. “Hot Rod” Simon, Jr., age 64 of Massillon, died Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Affinity Medical Center – Massillon Campus. He was born on August 10, 1943 in Canton, Ohio and was the son of the late Frank A. & Hazel B. (Moorman) Simon, Sr. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He is survived by his 3 daughters, Amy (Richard) Harris of Blountsville, AL, Althea (Kenneth) McCown of Hayden, AL and Carol (Michael) Hardin of Trafford, AL, 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, his brothers, Jerry Simon of Canton and Raymond and Wayne Simon both of Massillon and his sisters, Wilma Simon and Sandra King both of Massillon, and three special grandchildren.
