Frances R. Kingsbury

Frances R. Kingsbury, 76, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. She was born in Massillon on February 5, 1942 to the late Robert and Helen (Molter) Schmader. Frances received her BS in Education from Kent State University and worked as a teacher at Tuslaw, Amherst Elementary and St. Joseph Catholic School in Canton. Following her retirement she worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Fulton Drugs and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Massillon. She was dedicated to her family and was an avid Kent State, Ohio State and Cleveland Indians sports fan. Her favorite past times were making cookies, gardening and scrapbooking. She was preceded in death by Chester Kingsbury, her husband of 50 years and is survived by her children, Kris Kingsbury, Tom (Shelley) Kingsbury and Tim Kingsbury; six grandchildren, Katie, Nate, Madison, Maddy, Margaret and Thomas; her sister and best friend, Mary (Joe) Cusma; her brother, Nick (Donna) Schmader; nephew Joe (Tricia) Cusma and nieces Jennifer (Mike) Cusma Walker and Monica (Royce) Schmader Barnwell. Friends may gather at the Paquelet Funeral Home from 9am - 11am on Saturday, February 17, 2018. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Massillon, celebrated by Fr. Raymond Paul. Inurnment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
