Flora Sukosd

Flora Sukosd, 87 of Massillon, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018. Flora was born on September 29, 1930 in Alliance, Ohio the daughter of the late Peater and Louise (Lillo) Mastroianni. She was a lifelong resident of Stark County. Flora worked in the Banking industry for many years. She was a member of the Richville Woman’s Club, AARP Chapter #3336, the Massillon Senior Center, Stark County Humane Society and St. Barbara Catholic Church. Flora enjoyed reading, traveling, and taking care of her cats. Most of all she loved taking care of her family. Flora is survived by her husband John A. Sukosd, Sr., whom she shared 65 years of marriage; her children and their spouses, John A. (Nancy) Sukosd Jr., Dan (Carol) Sukosd, and Ken (Beth) Sukosd; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; her sister, Susan (AJ) Snyder; and her brother, Chuck (Karen) Slaggy.
