Esther R. Blatz

Esther R. Blatz, age 92 of Massillon passed away June 10, 2005 at Hospitality House. Esther was born November 2, 1912 in Massillon to the late Daniel & Marie (Heddleson) Jerman. In 1930, she graduated from Washington High School and has been a life resident of Massillon. She was a life member of the First Christian Church in Massillon. Her husband Harry Blatz, who operated Blaty Shoe Store in Massillon passed away January 26, 1989. In addition to her parents and husband, a brother Dr. Albert German of Coshocton anda sister Betty Martin of Cleveland preceded her in death. She is survived by: Son Eric Blatz of Perry Twp. Grandchidren: Daniel R. & Lee E. Blatz Sister in Law Martha N. Jerman of Coshocton and several nieces & nephews.
