Esther M. Steiner (Nee Brenner), age 92 of Massillon, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2011 at The Oaks of Brecksville. Esther was born on March 14, 1919 in Dalton the daughter of the late Henry and Anna (Hooley) Brenner. Esther was a lifelong resident of Massillon and a 1937 graduate of Washington High School. She was a Geriatric L.P.N. at Massillon State Hospital. Esther was a member of the Gwynette Welsh Club of Massillon and past president of the National Welsh Organization. She will be remembered for baking her famous sugar cookies. She loved music, traveling and her family. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Steiner in 2004, her grandson Charlie Steiner, her brother Glenn Brenner, and her sister Elsie Lawrence. She leaves to cherish her memory her children and their spouses, Rachel A. & Michael Torchia, Rick & Cindy Steiner, and Donald & Helen Steiner; her grandchildren, Michelle Kynkor, Suzanne Anton, Renee Torchia, Nicholas and Nathaniel Steiner, Felene Bambenek, and Michael and Kelly Oliver; 9 great-grandchildren 7 great-great-grandchildren and her sisters Evelyn Forrer and Dorothy Eibling. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery in North Lawrence.
