Erma M. Dozier

Erma M. Dozier, passed away on April 14, 2007 at her home. Erma was born in Canton Ohio on November 5, 1931 to late Amos and Melva (Higdon) Monroe. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Edward Dozier, her brother, Donald Monroe, and daughter, Melva Williams. Her loving memory will be cherished by children and their families. Darlene M (Douglas) Pledgure, Melvin L (Allisa Pryor) Williams Jr., Gary Lynn (Tiffany) Dozier, Jeanine M (Wayne) Waters , M HoneyBee (Roscoe) Leslie Jr., Amos Williams, Edward (Tonya) Dozier Jr., Lisa Williams, Emon Dozier, Brittany Bell. She also has 30 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives, who will miss her. Erma was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She was a longtime faithful member of Deliverance Christian Church. The funeral services will be conducted on Saturday April 21, 2007 at 1 p.m. at the Deliverance Christian Church, 2130-31st Canton, Ohio 44709 with Pastor Warren P Chavers officiating. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service at the church from 11 a.m.-1 p.m..
