Emilio Gonzalez

Emilio Gonzalez, age 91 of Massillon passed away November 22, 2014. He was born June 24, 1923 in Madrid, Spain. Emilio came to the US in 1957, and was a self-employed carpenter & builder. He enjoyed anything he could build with his hands. His greatest joy was his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Manuela Gonzalez who passed away on November 22, 1996. He is survived by three children: Carmen (Martin) Papoi, Rosa Gonzalez with whom he made his home and a son Juan Gonzalez. There are two granddaughters and two great grandsons. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Tuesday at St. Barbara Catholic Church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 9 AM until 9:30 AM at the Paquelet Funeral Home.
