Ellen K. Ilia

Ellen K. Ilia age 47 of Massillon passed away Sunday March 29, 2009 at Aultman Hospital. She was born April 17, 1961 in Massillon to Kosta & Dorothy (Palevi) Ilia and lived in Massillon most of her life. Ellen graduated from Washington High School in 1979 and Controlled Data Institute in Cleveland. Ellen was employed at Brockway Standard in Cleveland for 12 years and GBS in North Canton for 10 years. She will be remembered for being helpful with family and making everyone feel welcome in her presence. Traveling and being with friends and family were very important to her. She was close with her coworkers and appreciated them. Ellen will be deeply missed by her parents Kosta & Dorothy Ilia with whom she made her home; brother and his wife Louis & Rebecca Elia, five nieces and nephews; Katie Elia, John Elia, Chris Elia, Julia Elia and Nathan Ausel and special childhood friend Denise Dattavio and her son Mason and her special friends; Jim & Mary. The funeral service for Ellen Ilia will be 10:30 AM Friday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon, Fr. Zoran Zdravev will officiate. Burial will be at Rose Hill Memorial Garden.
