Elizabeth Corky Gottler

Elizabeth ‘Corky’ Gottler age 66 of Massillon passed away Friday morning at the Massillon Campus of Affinity Medical Center. Corky was born June 6, 1941 in Massillon, and was the daughter of the late Wesley & Phyllis Winkleman. Corky was a member of the first Graduating Class of Perry High School. She was employed by SKF (Tyson) Industries for 28 years. She was a member of the McKinley Eagles and VFW #5047. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Sam Frazone Jr. Corky is survived by her companion of 28 years, George V. Matie of the residence, a son Michael Gottler and grandson Michael Gottler Jr. both of Panama City Beach, FL. Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon with Rev. Timothy Brown officiating. Burial will be at Brookfield Cemetery.
