Elizabeth A. Voulgares

Elizabeth A. "Nancy" Voulgares, L.P.N., 80, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, following an extended illness. She was born in Akron on August 4, 1934 to the late Martin and Florence (Conahan) Bernard. Nancy graduated from St. Mary's High School and the Aultman Hospital School of Nursing. She had worked many years at Aultman and then worked in area nursing homes. She is survived by her loving husband, Nicholas Voulgares of Massillon, three sons, Phillip Garlando, Nicholas Garlando and Thomas Garlando all of Massillon; a daughter, Michelle Garlando of Massillon; two sisters, Maria Weber of Massillon and Francis Manchester of Erie, PA; six grandchildren, Paul, Nick, Laurie, Nicole Joshua and Joey Garlando; and a great-granddaughter. She was also preceded in death by her children, Judy, Michael, Suzanne and Christopher Garlando; and a brother John Bernard. A private memorial service was held.
