Elizabeth A. Bartko

Elizabeth A. Bartko age 86 of Massillon passed away Monday October 1, 2007. Liz was born September 14, 1921 in Canal Fulton to the late John & Susan Durinsky. Most of her life was spent in Massillon. She had been employed at Rite Aid Drug in the pharmacy department. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. In addition to her parents, her husband Daniel Bartko passed away in 1972, and two brothers, John Durinsky and Michael Durinsky. She is survived by three children; Richard D. Bartko, Barbara J. Bickis, and John M. Bartko all of Massillon; a brother, Andrew Durinsky of Akron and two grandchildren, Daniel R. Bartko and Lisa A. (James) Thiessen. A service for the immediate family will be Wednesday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Burial will be at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
