Elfriede Doering

Elfriede Doering age 90 of Massillon passed away Wednesday June 27, 2007 at Hospitality House in Massillon. Elfriede was born July 17, 1916 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany to the late Georg & Marie Lich. She with her husband and son lived in Germany until coming to the United States in 1951. She worked for the former Sanitary Laundry & Dry Cleaning for 10 years. She was a member and active in the church choir of the New Apostolic Church. Her husband, Alfred Doering passed away in 1977. She is survived by a son and daughter in law, Manfred and Doris Doering; two grandsons, Mark Doering and Jeffrey (Kari) Doering, two great grandchildren, Katie and Kyle Doering. Friends may call 6-8 PM Sunday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. The funeral will be 8 PM Monday at the New Apostolic Church, (850 8th St. N. E. Massillon).
