Eileen Gerber

Eileen Gerber, age 81, of Perry Township passed away on November 13, 2020, after an extended illness. She was born in Coshocton on September 13, 1939, to the late Russell and Louise Doney. She graduated from Doylestown High School. She went on to work in many restaurants and caregiving roles. She was a member of the McKinley Eagles #2370 and Trinity United Methodist Church. Eileen loved to cook. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Marland Gerber, and her 4 siblings. She is survived by her children Marla (Tim) Armstrong and Rick (Trish) Gerber; brother Ray Doney; grandchildren Tara (Brandon) Lilly, Dawn (Ken) Boudrie, Jonathon Gerber, DJ (Stacy) Digianantonio, Jeremy Gerber, and Timmy Armstrong; great-grandchildren Tyler, Austin, Lucas, Gianna, Conner, Oliver, and Henry; and a host of nieces and nephews. Gathering will be held from 3-5pm on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at the Paquelet Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trinity United Methodist Church for Perry helping Perry at 3757 Lincoln Way E, Massillon, OH 44646.
