Edward F. Cottrill

Edward F. Cottrill, 80 of Perry Township, passed away Friday at Affinity Medical Center. He was born on December 13, 1928 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Clarence and Mary (Richards) Cottrill. He lived most of his life in the Massillon area and retired from LTV Steel. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Leroy Cottrill; sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia (Raymond) Whaley, Martha (Paul) Elder, Miildred (Joe) Richards; brother, Junior Cottrill. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Emojean Virginia (Carson) Cottrill; daughter, Pamila Masters of Perry Twp.; sons and daughters-in-law, Ed C. Cottrill, Richard & Virginia Cottrill, Joseph & Kathy Cottrill, Timothy & Christina Cottrill all of Massillon; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty & Ed Feldt of Brunswick, OH, Eulalie Cottrill of Cleveland, OH, Shirley Owens of Mineral Wells, WV, Lilly & Kenneth Moore of Clarksburg, WV, Thelma & Gene Barber of Reynoldsville, OH; sister-in-law, Mary Cottrill of Pennboro, WV and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A private family gathering will be Tuesday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Interment will be in Newman Cemetery.
