Dwight S. Weaver

Dwight S. Weaver, 88 of Tuscarawas Township, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Dwight was born on September 19, 1927 in Berlin Twp., Holmes County, Ohio the son of the late Eli and Mabel (Kaser) Weaver. Dwight worked for the Eaton Corp., retiring after 44 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, attending auctions, and boating and water skiing in his younger years. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Thomas Weaver and his sister Mary Stringer. He is survived by his wife Ann (Baker) Weaver whom he married on November 27, 1952; his brother Robert (Pat) Weaver; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Dwight's life will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10- 11 a.m. before the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Barbara Catholic Church – Capital Campaign Fund.
