Dragica Slat

Dragica Slat age 80 of Massillon passed away Tuesday August 19, 2008 at Rose Lane Health Center. She was born August 28, 1927 in Croatia and moved to Massillon in 1961. She and her husband lived for 35 years on Noble Place NW and will be remembered for her flower and vegetable gardens; that were shared with neighbors. Her husband of 58 years, Ivan Slat passed away in March 2005. She is survived by her son, Zelko ‘Zeke’ Slat; a granddaughter Charla Rae; and many cousins and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 9 AM Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Massillon. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
