Dr. Narasimha Rao

Dr. Narasimha Rao, 83, passed away at home on January 29, 2022, following a brief illness. He was born April 14, 1938 in Kovvuru, Andhra Pradesh, India to Dr. S. Venkateswara and Padma Priya. Narasimha was a graduate of Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, India, served is Surgical Residency at Jacksonville, FL and a Vascular Surgical Fellowship at Temple University. A Vascular Surgeon, he practiced in Big Spring, TX from 1976-1985 and in Midland, TX from 1986-2006. He retired from his Medical Practice in 2006. He moved to Canton, OH in 2017 to be near his children. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, biking, board games and cards. He is survived by his wife, Suvarna Manchambhatla Rao; children, Dr. Aruna Rao and Dr. Sanjay Rao; grandchildren, Arjun Krishnamurthi, Ayrya Rao and Ashwin Krishnamurthi; siblings, Kommajosyula Padma Latha, Satyavada Venkata Subba Rao, Dr. Satyavada Vidya Bhushan and Satyavada Sunderram . A private family service was held at the Paquelet Funeral Home.
