Douglas A. Owens

Douglas A. Owens, 59, of Perry Township, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021. Doug was born on July 27, 1961, in Massillon, the son of the late Malcolm H. and MaryAnn (Morris) Owens. He was a lifelong resident of the area and a 1979 graduate of Perry High School. Doug loved spending time with his dogs, Molly and Bella. He also enjoyed hanging out with his friends and cheering on the Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns. He is survived by his children, Jessica Owens, Emily Owens, and Alexandra Owens; siblings, Greg (Cheryl) Owens, Gary (Lisa) Owens, Cheryl (Steve) Fink, and Debra (Jeff) Zwick; two aunts; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. In accordance with Doug’s wishes cremation will take place. Doug’s daughters ask that all who knew our dad join us on Sunday, August 15th at Morrie's Place at 2 pm.
