Dorothy M. Simon

Dorothy M. Simon age 77 of Massillon passed away October 17, 2007 at her residence. She was born February 17, 1930 in Massillon to the late William & Ethel Rogers. She was a graduate of Washington High School in 1948. She retired from SKF Industries after 20 years. Dorothy was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church. Her husband Robert Simon passed away on May 14, 2007. She is survived by four children: William & Sue Simon of Norwood, NC, Jeanne & Terry Harsh of Dacula, GA, Virginia 'Jennie' Simon of the residence, Kathy & Dave Criss of Dacula, GA. Dorothy has six grandchildren: Paul, Matt, Billy, Jennifer, Bobby and Samantha; and six great grandchildren. Her children would like to express their appreciation and respect to her second family, the skilled Nursing Unit at Massillon Community. Funeral Services for the family will be Saturday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon, her pastor Fr. Thomas Cebula will officiate. Burial will be at Brookfield Cemetery.
