Dorothy M. “Dot” Keller, 89 of Massillon, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018. She was born on May 31, 1929 in Massillon and was the daughter of the late Elbert and Ada Mae (Craft) May. She was a 1947 graduate of Washington High School where she met her future husband, Glenn P. Keller. They were married in 1949 and were married for 56 years. Dot was a realtor for the former Boebinger Real Estate Agency for 17 years. She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ and volunteered at the Massillon Salvation Army teaching sewing. Dot was an outstanding seamstress for herself and others and still used the sewing machine that she bought in the 1950’s. She loved to make dresses for various charities. Family and friends were very important to her and she loved to decorate and entertain, especially at the holidays. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn P. Keller, her brother, Bob May and her sister Mildred Morgan. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (John) Hauschulz, her son Todd (Diane) Keller, her grandchildren, Gretchen (Alex) Knape and Heidi (Keith) Barnett and her great grandchildren, Tyler and Austin Knape and Adelaide and Aiden Barnett. Also surviving are nieces and nephews and a special group of longtime friends. Memorials may be made to either Grace United Church of Christ or the Massillon Salvation Army. Private graveside services have taken place.
