Dorothy Lee Leach Henry – April 8, 1927 to May 1, 2020 Dorothy Lee Leach Henry was born to the late Floyd and Ethel Bartrug Leach on April 8, 1927 in a home in Moundsville, West Virginia. They moved to a farm on Bowman Ridge, West Virginia when she was 5 years old. She was proud of her West Virginia roots and years she shared on the farm with her brother, the late Donald Eugene Leach and sister, the late Georgia Ilene Leach Jordan. She loved her life on the farm. She always said they worked hard, but they played hard too and had so many wonderful memories. When she was 20, she moved to Massillon, Ohio where she met her late husband, Harold Daniel Henry at the Snack Counter of the Woolworths store where she worked. They were married and had two children, Patricia Henry Crutchfield and a son, Marion Daniel Henry. Still surviving are grandchildren, Billy, Jason, and Shannon Henry, Charity Crutchfield Radcliffe, Kellie Crutchfield Brock, Lisa Crutchfield Cooper, and Charlotte Crutchfield. She has 16 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. She was a member of the Massillon Wesleyan Methodist Church. She loved spending time with family and friends. She went home to be with the Lord on May 1, 2020. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was laid to rest on May 5, 2020 in Brookfield Cemetery in Massillon, Ohio. Dorothy L. Henry, age 93, of Massillon went home to be with the LORD on May 1, 2020. She was born in Marshall County, WV, on April 8, 1927, to the late Floyd and Ethel Leach; she was also preceded in death by her husband Harold Henry. She was a member of the Massillon Wesleyan Methodist Church. Dorothy lived her life with strong faith. Dorothy will be laid to rest at Brookfield Cemetery.
