Dorothy J. Rook

Dorothy (Jean) Rook (nee Hattendorf), 82, of Jackson Township, left the earthly life on Tuesday, April 7 after a brief illness. Beloved wife of Richard L. Rook. Loving mother of Tim (Ellen) and Mark (Barbara). Adored grandmother of Allison Behn (Alex), and Matthew, Michael and Libby Rook. Great-grandmother of Elizabeth and Natalee Behn. Beloved sister of Richard Hattendorf, Ruth Whitta (Jim, deceased) and the late William Hattendorf (Doris, deceased). Daughter of the late Rosella and Henry Hattendorf. Friends may call at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Rd. NE, Massillon, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm Sunday, April 12. Funeral service St. Paul Lutheran Church, 127 Cherry Rd., Massillon at 11:00 am Monday, April 13. Family will receive visitors at the church for an hour before the service. Contributions may be made in Jean's name to the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association or St. Paul Lutheran Church.
