Donna M. Woods

Donna M. Woods, age 72 of Massillon, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on March 28, 1937 in Dover, OH the daughter of the late Arthur and May Kimble. Donna lived in the area most of her life. She worked for Brewster Park as an STNA for 10 years. Donna was a member of Grace Community Church. She enjoyed crafts, gardening and NASCAR. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Glenda. She is survived by her husband William Woods of 55 years of marriage; her children and their spouses, Ronald (Cheryl) Woods, Timothy (Sue) Woods, Virginia (Henry) Pandrea, Anna (Thomas) Knight, Laura (Timothy) Simmers, Arthur (Kim) Woods all of Massillon and half-son, Robert (Deborah) Woods of Orrville; 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Norman (Barbara) Kimble of Brewster and Phillip (Delores) Kimble of Canton; her sisters, Judy (Chuck) Thorton and Sandy both of FL and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, February 22, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Her pastor Rev. Michael Bragg will be officiating. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-5 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
